Hamish MacDonald was born in 1935 and studied at Glasgow School of Artfrom1963-67 after which he taught full-time at St.Patrick's High School until taking early retirement in 1991 to concentrate on his painting. He is a regular exhibitor at the R.G.I., R.S.A. and R.S.W. and has had many solo exhibitions mostly in Glasgow.
